Safety rules of Impact Crusher
1、When the crusher machine is operating,can not repair and clear,prohibit open all kinds of doors.
2、Do not feed the material which exceed the stated size and can not be crushed.
3、When the crushing equipment is operating,if you find abnormal vibrating and voice should stop feeding immediately,shut down the power supply after the material in the crushing cavity have been finished. In the emergency situations should stop the motor working immediately. After checking,Before startup have to clear out the material of crushing cavity,then start up base on non-loading.
4、The work site should not stack sundries.
Note:The crusher have tested bases on non-loading,the user must be strictly according to the requirement to carry out adjustment and commissioning,avoid accidents caused personal injury and loss of equipment.
