Loading commissioning of Impact crusher
(1)Bases on non-loading commissioning works well,then can carry on loading commissioning.
(2)The operation of machine should be balanced,no abnormal vibrating and voice,no collision.
(3)The temperature rise should be less than 40℃,the highest temperature should be less than 80℃.
(4)The operation time of loading commissioning have to be 5-6 hours continuously. Ensure everything is fine then can go into production formally.
Note:The crusher machine has tested bases on non-loading,the user must be strictly according to the requirement to carry out adjustment and commissioning,avoid accidents caused personal injury and loss of equipment.
