The working principle of the wet ball mill is that the motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reducer. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the ground materials are continuously discharged from the ball mill. The ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.
Wet ball mill is constructed as follows:
A. Mill head: the mill head is composed of a head made of thick steel plate and two hand holes containing hand hole frames. All parts on both sides of the head are processed with hardware.
B. Bearing end caps and trunnions: the bearing end caps at the inlet and outlet of the mill are manufactured by using the casting design scheme, and are connected with the mill head by anchor bolts.
C. Main rolling bearing: the rolling bearing is installed on the hollow shaft of the mill bearing end cover and maintained on the installation position according to the pressure ring. The bearing with seat is manufactured by electric welding of carbon steel.
D. Base: the main belt bearing, main reduction gearbox and main drive motor are all installed on the base of the wet ball mill. The base is equipped with adjusting anchor bolts to facilitate adjustment.
E. Feeder Department: the mill feeder system software is composed of the channel chute lined with metal composite materials and the net weight bearing and base of the support point.
