1、 How to control grinding fineness of wet ball mill

2、 Grinding fineness control method of closed-circuit wet ball mill
When grinding with closed-circuit wet ball mill, the main factors affecting the grinding mass fraction of wet ball mill are particle size composition, grinding mass fraction of wet ball mill, ball feeding system, ore feeding amount and ore feeding water, as well as the return sand amount. When the water supply is certain, the increase of original ore feeding and sand return will increase the grinding quality fraction of wet ball mill, and vice versa. 3、 Grinding fineness control method of open circuit wet ball mill
During open circuit wet ball mill grinding, the factors affecting the grinding mass fraction of wet ball mill include the properties of raw ore (mainly particle size composition, grinding mass fraction of wet ball mill and ball feeding system), ore feeding amount and ore feeding water. When the raw ore properties change, if the coarse particle increases and the ore feeding remains unchanged, the back water should be reduced and the grinding quality fraction of the wet ball mill should be increased to ensure the grinding fineness of the wet ball mill; If the fine particles increase, the post water shall be increased and the ore feeding amount shall be appropriately increased to reduce over crushing.
Under the condition of keeping the ore properties and medium conditions unchanged, in a certain range, the grinding fineness of general wet ball mill increases with the increase of grinding mass fraction of wet ball mill, otherwise, the fineness decreases.
