Sandstone production line introduction:
Sandstone production line is used to produce sand and stone used in construction, equipments used in it include: jaw crusher, stone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor and so on. Our equipments enjoys the features of reliable performance, rational design, convenient operation, high efficiency etc.
The sandstone production line roughly includes : (silo)—–vibrating feeder—-jaw crusher—-impact crusher—-vibrating screen—–(finished materilas). All the equipments above-mentioned can be connected by belt conveyor.
Sandstone production line procedures
Stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the roughly crushed stone is sent to impact crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor. After secondary crushing, the stone is screened by vibrating sieve, the unfavourable stone is conveyed back to the impact crusher for another crushing.
